How does the Lifetime Reminder Service work?

Once you sign up, you are mailed a kit that includes your membership card, an occasion sheet to mark down all your important dates, and a Gift Pak sheet. Once you have filled out the occasion sheet, you mail it in and in a few weeks, you will start being reminded. 7 to 10 days before the even occurs, you will be sent a postcard.

Why is the Lifetime Reminder Service only $39.00?  

On the back of each postcard you are sent, there is a listing of Gift Baskets™ you can have sent to people. The revenue from the Gift Baskets™ keeps the Lifetime Reminder Services' price down.

Do I have to purchase Gift Paks™?

The purchasing of Gift Paks™ is entirely optional. This is a value-added service to make your life easier.

Is the Reminder Service available in any other languages?

At this time, Reminder Service Membership kits are only available in English.

How many reminders are customers allowed to have?

A customer can have an unlimited number of reminder requests.

How can a customer update their List of reminders?

They can call (602) 247-0000 at anytime to request a form to update their list.

What does a member do if a Reminder Post- card shows up late or doesn't show up at all?

Call us immediately at (602) 241-4127 and we will fix the problem in our computer.

How much can members say on their Reminder Postcards?

Up to 20 characters.

How will the Gift Paks be shipped out?

Each Gift Pak is custom created to please every individual, and then shipped 3-4 days prior to each event, using 2-day shipping to ensure prompt delivery.

I own a computer, I use a calendar, so I don't need this service.
