Once you purchase your membership, you will receive a glossy, card stock brochure about the Lifetime Reminder Service. Inside will be your exclusive Registered Membership card. Your personal identification number will be on the card. This is the number that is needed to start and update your service.
On the back of the card are two phone numbers. One is to update your service with a change of address or any additional reminders. The other is to order Gift Paks™.
NOTE: Gift Pak™ purchases are not required to keep your Lifetime Reminder Service active!
