UPDATING THE REMINDER SERVICE

	Remember, you must complet the Occasion Form and mail it in in order to activate your membership.
	On the back of your Lifetime Membership Card is the phone number that you will call to make additions or deletions to the service.
	With this same phone number you can give the service your address change (if you have moved) so that you keep the reminder cards coming when you relocate.
	Every year we'll send you an Occasion Update Kit!  Add all your changes and updates and send it right back.  This is a free service for our members to ensure top quality service.
	The update service is also a lifetime service and is included in the one time fee.
